Loss in Transit: We are responsible for returns that are lost during shipping, provided the return is correctly declared.

Tracking: Please note that you will need a tracking number for your return.

Own Shipping: Return labels are not provided by us. You need to arrange the shipping yourself.

Condition of Items: Worn, washed, or used products will not be accepted.

Original Tags: Returned clothing must still have the original tags attached.

Return Deadline: The return must be shipped within 30 days of receiving the delivery.

Once the return arrives at our warehouse, we will check the condition of the items and process the refund through your chosen payment method.

If your order qualifies for free return shipping, the amount for the return shipping costs will be credited to you in the form of a voucher for our shop.
