My new favorite shoes ❤️
I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis. For the past 3 months, I have been wearing Podowalk shoes. The shoes have significantly relieved my pain, not only in my feet and knees but also in my spinal area. Additionally, they promote greater muscle engagement. I feel very comfortable in Podowalk shoes and can wholeheartedly recommend them. My only suggestion for improvement to Physiofree: Offer more sizes! I have friends with shoe sizes below 37, and they would love to order some as well.

Pain-relieving and comfortable
The "PODOwalk" shoes were recommended to me as an option for relieving foot pain by a family friend who works in healthcare. Normally, I don’t order such shoes online because there’s too much nonsense being sold these days. However, based on this personal recommendation, I decided to give them a try. The delivery took about a week, which was a bit longer than usual, but this was clearly stated before purchase. Therefore, no star deduction for that. When the shoes arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. They look just like the pictures and are extremely comfortable to wear. My foot pain has been significantly reduced or is no longer noticeable. How exactly the soles achieve this is beyond my expertise—I’m not an orthopedist, after all. Nevertheless, I am very satisfied with these shoes and wear them almost daily. Thumbs up!

I came across an article in Apothekenumschau about PODOwalk comfort shoes. The article described the numerous health benefits these shoes were supposed to offer. I suffer from severe back pain caused by arthritis, so I decided to give PODOwalk a chance. The result after two weeks of daily wear: My back pain has significantly decreased. Although it’s not gone, it is noticeably relieved. My posture is more upright, and I generally feel fitter. Of course, this statement comes without any guarantee that it will work for you as well.
